Career Endeavors was created by Jessica Wilson. As an experienced Learning and Development Specialist, Jessica has worked with hundreds of professionals across North America and Europe.

Jessica graduated with Bachelors of Arts from St. Olaf College and built her career with SaaS technology companies. She developed training programs for interns, HR business partners, seasoned engineers, recruiters, sales representatives, and corporate executives.

Jessica recognized many lacked an awareness of what to expect in the workplace, how to communicate their concerns or goals, and how to advocate for themselves. Thus, Career Endeavors was created as a resource for professionals seeking growth, opportunity, and advancement.
